EXW- Ex Works (Delivery at Work)<\/p>\n
The seller informs the buyer by keeping the goods ready for the buyer’s order on the date decided before in his business. The buyer takes delivery of the goods from the company, prepares the necessary documents for export, completes the customs procedures and imports the goods into his own country. From the delivery of the goods to the company, all costs and risks related to the goods are borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n
FCA \u2013 Free Carrier<\/p>\n
As soon as the seller completes the customs procedures and transfers the goods to the custody of the first carrier on the specified date and place, the delivery process is completed. From this moment, all costs and risks related to the goods pass to the buyer. The shipping fee is paid by the buyer as well as all other expenses.<\/p>\n
CPT \u2013 Shipping Paid To<\/p>\n
The seller is responsible for paying the shipping to the destination. From the moment the goods are transferred to the custody of the first carrier, all risk and non-freight costs related to the goods pass to the buyer.<\/p>\n
CIP \u2013 Transport and insurance paid to<\/p>\n

DAT \u2013 Delivered at terminal<\/p>\n

CIF \u2013 Cost, insurance and freight<\/p>\n
The seller takes the insurance premium, shipping and loading costs and risks and takes the goods to the port to be loaded. The seller agrees with the shipping agent and provides it.
